Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

HESTAIR has confirmed the management changes at Duple Coachbuilders in Blackpool (CM, November 19).

The company name has been changed to Hestair Duple to bring it into line with other Hestair vehicle companies.

The Hestair Duple board now includes Hestair chairman David Hargreaves as chairman, Geoff Hollyhead, Barrie Mealing, Peter Wragg, Richard Owen, Allan Hunter and former Duple managing director Alex Gibbins.

Gordon Hay, Donald Saunders and Dick West have now left the board and Ron Richards has retired.

John Ruddy is to remain on the board until he retires in February 1984.

Barrie Mealing, who has been with the Hestair Group eight years, becomes joint chairman and deputy chief executive.

Peter Wragg is joint chief executive responsible for sales and marketing.

• London-based Grey Green Coaches has switched from Duple to Plaxton with an order for eight high specification touring coaches. They will have Paramount 3500 bodies fitted with reduced seating, sunken toilets and servery areas, six based on Leyland Royal Tiger underframes, the others on Volvo B1OM GL chassis.
