Adan Hydraulics have developed a range of gear pumps and motors incorporating patented features and designed to be extremely efficient yet have low noise levels.
There are five basic group sizes with pressure ratings up to 2500 psi continuous, displacements from 0.3 gpm to 30 gpm at 1000 rpm and working temperatures up to 80cleg C. Tandem and triple versions of these units are available.
Internal pressure balancing has been developed to overcome the effects of component distortion under pressure. This results in accurate alignment of the gears and their mating faces so that a high volumetric efficiency can be obtained throughout the entire operating range.
