November 12 issue you published a timetable of coming events which included the phrase: "authorizations required for certain services are relaxed-the relevant date being Jury 1 1973. I would be interested to know what these relaxations are.
AThe PVOA director listed the documents which would be required, in addition to the EEC carnet, on certain services operated abroad after July 1 1973, and these are shown in the accompanying panel taken from this written paper.
