MR. HARRY PILLING is resigning, for health reasons, as manager of Accrington passenger-transport undertaking. He has been connected with transport nearly all his life. Formerly employed in the Blackburn Electricity and Transport Department and by the British Westinghouse Co., he went to Accrington in 1911.
