Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

After a decade of being taken out once a week for an eight-hour, 22 mile stop/start journey, followed by six days parked up, the average mobile library might not have much damage on the clock, but that is more than countered by its time spent gathering dust.

Invariably old, falling apart, and with a Euro-1 engine at best, unless you replace the driveline and convert it into a camper, it has practically no second-hand market or value, although it could be used for further target practice by Apache pilots (see car transporters).
