Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The key to selling trucks successfully is selling something the operator knows and understands. Trucks need a dealer network and an aftersales set-up to provide that peace of mind, which is why Laurie Dealer has to list Ginaf, Steyr and Pegaso as examples of brands to avoid. Nothing wrong with the products: Steyr uses a long established MAN-driveline; Ginaf uses Paccar engines; and Pegaso was eventually owned by Iveco before closing in 1994. But with no UK network, they’re about as easy to sell as ice to Eskimos. The one Pegaso tractor Laurie Dealer had to sell was shipped to Spain.
