WA14 5DH Essentially a dry freight trailer producer, Cartwright's temperature controlled vehicles are attracting interest from chilled and frozen produce fleets.
A case in point is the new 13.6 metre step-frame refrigerated double-decker on show at the NEC last month.
It featured a hydraulically raising floor running from the trailer neck to the rear, and functions similarly to Cartwright's standard dry freight models, giving food producers and distributors, the same operational flexibility.
The dual temperature Frigoblock 25DD fridge unit has dual temperature controls to enable either deck to carry chilled or frozen goods, and a rapid draw down. Deck evaporators mounted externally, allow full use of the entire upper deck.
