Two additions have recently been made to the Autobooks series of do-it-yourself workshop manuals published by Autopress. One is a manual on 1957 /1965 1-ord Thames FC 10, 12 and 15cwt vans. minibuses and pick-ups, eouipped with a petrol or diesel engine.
The models comprise the 1957/1965 10, 12 and 15cwt vans, powered by 1703cc petrol engines; 1961/1965 vans in these weight categories fitted with a 1621cc diesel engine; the 1958 /1965 12-seater petrol engined minibus and 1961 /1965 diesel-engined 12-seater; the 1961 /1965 15cwt pick-up eouipped with a petrol engine and the dieselengined pick-up in this category manufactured in the same period.
The second manual covers the Austin 1960/1962 J4 /VA 10 /12cwt van series, the 1961 /1,962 J4 /PA pick-up series in this weight category and four 10 /12cwt van /pick-up
series. These are the 1962/1967 J4 M10, the 1967/1968 190 J4, the 1968/1972 180 J4 and the 1968/1972 200 J4. • The manuals are written by Kenneth Ball and the Autopress team of technical writers. .
