Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Xenon beacon and lightbor specialist Delta Design has introduced the Hedgehog series of beacons with the latest LED technology. There are two versions: the multi-voltage 20-100V DC, 30-70V AC, and a 12V unit. Designed for numerous applications including highway and industrial sweepers and cleaners, the Hedgehog has a compact and ultra-low profile and a high-intensity flash. Power consumption is said to be negligible and the beacon has vibration-protected circuitry. It is maintenance-free and will not interfere with guidance or data systems. Fully weatherproofed to IP65, the Hedgehog consists of a polycarbonate lens over an ABS base. A variation on the theme is the Hedgehog 180 which, with a 180° ring of LEDs, is intended for applications where forward directional lighting only is required.
