Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The truckstop was taken over last November from Strategic Lorry Parks; an accommodation complex is due to open within three months. There are plans for five more sites by the end of 1993: one in the South-East, one in the North and three in France. Motorists are not admitted.

Sites: In London's Docklands on the A13 at Beckton Roundabout.

Opening hours: 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Parking: Space for 120 trucks in enclosed, floodlit site with 24-hour surveillance. Security cameras will be installed this summer. Overnight parking costs £6 for rigids; £7.50 for drawbars. Showers cost £1 including soap and towel.

Accommodation: None at present, but 16 bedrooms will be available within three months for £9 including a free shower.

Food: Only a small cafe at present; when the restaurant opens its opening hours will be 06:30-22:30hrs except Saturday when it will close at 14:20hrs. English breakfast will cost £2.70; dinner (typically a roast or steak and kidney pie) will average £3.50 and pudding 75p; a mug of tea or coffee with unlimited refills will cost 45p.

Entertainment: Friday and Saturday, free of charge.

Services: Local authority weighbridge (no printouts given); 24-hour diesel with Key Fuels fuel bunkering system and telephones. Shop, faxes and secretarial services will be available this summer.
