Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The De Groot haulage organisation, which has been featured in CM, recently celebrated its tenth anniversary and one of the events was a 30-Minate free flight by a hot-air balloon.

The balloon, Contrary Mary, is owned by the UK general manager Brian Ribbans and sponsored by the company. On this occasion it took off from the car park of the Marks Tey Hotel with Suffolk police officer Geoff Payne—an experienced balloonist—at the helm, or tiller or whatever.

Founder and m.d. Nico de Groot decided on a weekend party in the UK—at Colchester —to thank the staff for their part in the company's growth since its modest start at Europoort in 1966.
