Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A NEW variant of the Dominant Express coach body has been announced by Duple.

Developed in conjunction with City of Nottingham Transport Department, the body utilises a standard Dominant Express coach body shell, but with the majority of stainless steel external trim deleted. Top sliding windows are fitted in lieu of a jet system.

Internally, Treadmaster flooring is utilised, while tubular framed bus seats can be fitted in lieu of coach seats.

Fourteen "E type" bodies, based on Leyland Leopard 11metre chassis, are now being delivered to Nottingham by W. S. Yeates Ltd.
