Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• First examples of a new Hoynor dual-purpose semi-trailer design have recently been put into service by G. Stiller Transport Ltd, Dinsdale, Co Durham. Hoynor Trailers are manufactured by Redment Engineering Ltd, Braintree, Essex, and the new model has sides which fold inwards to form a platform when the vehicle is not required for tipping duties.

With the sides raised, the body gives a capacity of 30 cu yd. The three sections on each side are 3ft 9in. high; the side pillars arc removable. The tailgate and rear corner pillars can also be removed and it is said that the conversion from tipper to platform can be completed in a few minutes. The tandem axle design provides for operation at up to 32 tons and unladen weight is claimed to be 5 tons 1 cwt.
