• Seminars specially designed for local government officers who are involved in road transport will be held in London on May 13 and 27. They will deal with matters appertaining to the retention of an operator's licence and will be led by Mr T. Goldrick, transport facilities manager of Allied Breweries Ltd. and lain Sherriff, deputy editor of Commercial Motor.
They are being sponsored by The Surveyor in association with Business and Industrial Training Ltd.
