ANEW company, which will be responsible for the manufacture of Perkins oil engines in France. is being formed to replace F. Perkins. S.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of the parent ' company in England. It is expected
a8 that French sales of the engines, which are mainly for agricultural use, will increase in volume.
French interests will have a half share in the capital of the new company, and the engines will be produced by an independent concern, Ateliers G.S.P., Courbevoie.
