Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

REPLACING the existing six-wheeled dump truck made by Fodens Ltd., a new 22-ton-payload model is now being introduced, with several improvements as well as the uprating in capacity. Among these are a new heavy-duty front axle and a 28-ton-rating rear bogie with double-reduction hubs.

The power unit is a Foden 175 b.h.p. engine or 225 b.h.p. turbocharged engine driving through a seven-speed gearbox, and the chassis is fitted with power-assisted steering. The Edbro twin-ram tipping gear has powered return. Maximum tipping angle is 70 deg.

A variety of body types and sizes is available in abrasionresistant steel, standard capacities of 13, 14 and 15 cu. yd. being offered to suit different materials. Maximum payload with the standard body is 22 tons, the gross weight rating being 35 tons. Standard tyres are 12-00-20 (24-ply) all round, but "low profiles" are an alternative to the twinned equipment at the rear bogie.
