point out that in our wallchart on Vehicle Excise Duty published last week (CM19-25 July) the ordinary 12-month rates given 1 vehicles up to 30 November, while correct in law, did not incorporate t "transitional" rates currently beiru charged by the DVLA. To help clarify the issue, next week CMwill publish transitional rates for most commor goods vehicles.
