I AM very interested in lorries sc myself and a friend decided tc make a poster and go down tc the M1 near Strelley, Not tingham. We wrote on thE poster CB for the UK and WE stood on a bridge over thr motorway and held the poster sc that the drivers would see it ant the response was enormous.
We did this for a couple o days, when one day we did no notice that a police patrol ca had stopped under the bridge Before we could do anything one of the patrolnien hac climbed up the grass bank anc .came over to us. He told us tha it was a very stupid idea and no to do it again.
Maybe it was not a good ides in a way, but you have got tc support some of the truckers ideas and I think CB radio is good idea. If any of the driven reading this saw us, thanks fo the response.
