Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

VISIONS of bare-kneed, shivering octogenarians were conjured up by the announcement that Lex Wilkinson Expressline had done Its good deed for the day by "delivering more than 6,000 unique tea caddies for the elderly to Scouts all over the UK." In fact the boys were messengers in a scheme run jointly by the Scout Association and the Tea Council to sell more tea by putting a little cheer into the lives of old people.

In two days 600 cartons of caddies were delivered from Southampton via Lex Wilkinson's parcel sorting centre at Nuneaton to 46 collecting points from Guernsey to Inverness and Northern Ireland. Madly dybing and dobing, Cub Scouts took the caddies to elderly people and offered to make them a cup of tea. Those who succumbed were pressed to divulge their life stories, which the boys were to write up for a competition.

If the Brownies are thinking of hawking crates of Guinness to the poor and needy in return for a pack of lies, I shall be pleased to supply my home address.
