ALTHOUGH cleared of using avehicle without a psv operator's licence, and aiding and abetting a driver without a psv driving licence to drive it on a free courtesy service to Manchester International Airport on June 29 last year, Sky Park (Northern) was fined £500 by Manchester City magistrates in respect of similar charges relating to June 30.
Charges brought against two drivers Richard Steele and Derek Allen, that they had driven public service vehicles without psv driving licences were dismissed.
