MOTOR Tables of Operating Costs of a 2,000 c.c. car averaging 800 miles a week, including the cost of a chauffeur, would cost 1 1,61d a mile to operate. Where fuel was purchased in bulk there would be a reduction of approximately 0.23d a mile.
