MRS. Barbara Castle and her two most experienced lieutenants, Mr. Stephen Swingler, Minister of State for Transport, and Mr. John Morris, senior of the Parliamentary Secretaries, will serve on the House of Commons Committee which has the mammoth task of dealing with the Transport Bill. Heading the Tory team, which will be fighting the measure tooth and nail, will be Mr. Peter Walker, Shadow Minister of Transport, with Mr. David Webster and Mr. Geolrey Wilson among his leading supporters.
