Southern Counties Car Auctions having taken over Measham Motor Sales Organization, Ltd., at Measham, Leics, Mr. G. A. Hill, founder and chairman of Measham, who is 70, is retiring. He started his business 23 years ago. Mr. Hill's successor is Mr. David Wickins, chairman of a group of motor auction concerns, including Southern Counties Car Auctions.
