• Kaba (UK) is marketing a product which is intended to extend the life of locks fitted tovehicles and external doors that are constantly exposed to adverse weather conditions. Weatherflap is a joint development between Kaba and Maple, intended for use on the rear doors of vans and trucks where water spray can damage lock cylinders. The product is a precision-moulded, sprung plastic weathershield designed for use with Kaba 20 and Kaba mini-5 camlocks as well as other industry standard camlocks, It can be fitted to any thickness of bodywork.
