IN ADDMON to the charges being brought against B and R Transport by the Health and Safety Executive (CM February 19), the Greater Manchester Petroleum Licensing Authority is taking the company to court for keeping petroleum tanks without a licence.
The case comes before Salford Magistrates on Wednesday, April 20.
B and R's premises were destroyed by an explosion and fire in September last year.
