O11\110N at the Ministry of Transport is hardening against any devious ways of .allowing the three manufacturng subsidiaries of the Transport Fielding :ompany to offer their products on the 3pen market.

And—though the T.H.C. is still ooking at various ideas—" fiddles" are being frowned on. It can be taken that Mr. Wedgwood Benn's idea to sell some ;hares to workers falls into this category.
It is probable that provision for this egal move will wait until Labour's first transport Bill, which will, no doubt, :tome after the Geddes and Hinton .eports have been digested.
