ALTIIOUGH actually an operating .:ornpany, J. Bullock and Sons (1928), Ltd., of Wakefield and Featherstone, which runs some 130 vehicles, las recently constructed a smart 32water body on a Daimler U.P.6 chassis. The body was built entirely at the Featherstone depot and conforms, in all respects, with the latest trends in Jesign.

All the 32 seats face forwards on a sloping floor, which avoids wheel-arch obstruction and affords a good view for all passengers. Stainless-steel frames are used for the Rawlings P.Y.P.-type half-drop windows, and the window fillets, etc., are chromium plated. Rails are fitted to the fixed lights, so that an unbroken line is presented when the half-drop windows are fully opened..

The sliding roof is of the doublepanel pattern, each section sliding to the centre and being operated from the driver's cab. A large luggage container is built into the rear of the body. The spare wheel is carried in an accessible position below the floor.

The interior decoration scheme in pleasing, all woodwork being of solid Australian silky oak of medium shade. Willow green uncrushable moquette covers the seats, with amber and black facings and piping. The ceiling is lined with gold rexine.
