Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Independent dealer Euro Wise of Aylesham in Kent has found out what to do with used 4x2 day-cab 3zohp ex-contract tractors.

It is converting 16 of them, all Scania P113s, into concrete mixers with .4m3 barrels; and it has already sold a dozen, says director Peter Hassan.

Selling at 127,000-28,000 each, the rejuvenated trucks are equipped with refurbished mixer equipment, a new power take-off, and a new vertical exhaust. They have no more than 20 o,000km recorded and are plated at 17 tonnes.

"They can operate at 18 tonnes if the springs are changed," Hassan says.

Already well-known as a mixer specialist, Euro Wise is also attacking another niche sector. "We have acquired some 1997 R-registered MAN Lao° o road sweeper chassis which can be equipped with Johnson 600 or Scarab bodies," Hassan says. "They have only done 4o,000km "
