Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Sort through all the overnight faxes and see out the skip lorries. Haulage today pretty well runs itself. We have collected some skips for another operator from Birmingham which have to be unloaded from the artic at his premises. Once that's done we have a visit from the Environment Agency because we are a waste transfer station. We are inspected regularly, normally about every 8-10 working days at any time of day or night. There are no problems and it's on with the day. Organise collection of yesterday's purchase and make space in the workshop so that it can be painted and prepared for use as soon as it arrives.
