• Volvo has expanded its range of Euro-3 engines with a 460hp version. The 12-litre D120 features improvements to the cooling system, with a larger oil cooler, improved cylinder head waterways, and modified pistons and rings.
Volvo claims that fuel consumption is comparable to the Euro-2 equivalent. The same internal improvements have also been applied to a revised version of the Euro-3 420, leading to improved fuel economy.
