Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Hauliers set to attend the Road Haulage Association annual dinner have had their evening plans stoppered by anti-capitalist demonstrators who will use the Monopoly board as their theme.

Last year protesters at the 1 May demonstrations caused huge amounts of damage in London and police fear a repeat performance, The RHA says police cannot guarantee access to its chosen venue, the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane, which is one of the streets featured on the Monopoly board and a potential troublespot.

It adds: "After very careful consideration of police advice we have had to take the decision to call off the annual dinner...we have considered alternative dates and venues but do not believe this is a practical option." RHA spokeswoman Kate Gibbs says full refunds will be given.
