The council received numerous complaints over tt years from residents about a tivities at the company's gar age and workshops in Sultan Road, Emsworth.
Even the operation of one vehicle from the depot wouk create a nuisance and the on answer was relocation.
Various alternative sites h been offered, but as the con pony paid a very favourable rent it was not prepared to move without substantial cot pensation and that is impossible in the present econotni climate.
