Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A FLOUR TANKER is like a red rag to a bull. It conjures up visions of steak pie and is especially distressing to an animal that has recently suffered the indignities of the cattle market.

A sensitive bullock that had just been bought by a Kent farm 'group was so disturbed by the possibilities that it overturned a flour tanker. This cost the animal's owner £1 2,668. Mr Justice Gibson, in the High Court, hoped that not every large. vehicle would be overturned when struck by a bullock.

The accident could, of course, have been avoided by disguising the vehicle as a milk tanker, for which every bull has a fellow feeling.
