Mercedes outlet
IN Reg \Tardy is investing £ 2.25m in a new MercedesBenz dealership and body repair centre in Glasgow. The 2,700m2 commercial outlet, on a four-acre site at Port Dundas, replaces the old premises in Kirklee Road, Kelvinside. It is due for completion in early December, The move creates 10 technical and sales jobs.
Going east
• Air freight and logistics group Emery Worldwide has opened an 11,100m2 regional distribution centre in Singapore. The centre will serve more than 25 countries in the Asia/Pacific region. Contact: 001 415596 7520.
