Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ANDREWS HAULAGE is to close its haulage operation and is looking to sell all of its 30 vehicles. The Derbyshire firm, which specialised in events transport, moving building materials and bulk transportation of grain and animal feed, blamed the price of fuel and the banks’ unwillingness to lend for the closure of the business.

“The banks have worn us out,” said MD Stuart Andrew. “It became difficult to cover our costs.” Over the past 20 years, the firm moved cabins and containers for events such as the Glastonbury Festival and the British Grand Prix at Silverstone.

It hopes to sell all of its vehicles, including flatbed trucks, forklift trucks and crane-fitted vehicles, in an auction held by Malcolm Harrison at its base near Measham on 27 October.
