Eco Polyurethane Systems' Froth Pak is designed to help small fleet operators to insulate their vehicles and reduce problems arising from condensation. Its a quick, self-pressurising system that will enable an operator to line out a trailer roof in about 90 minutes; the material sets in less than a minute. It Is already used by many large reefer bodybuilders.

Froth Pak is a two-component polyurethane available in a range of pack sizes, from the FP12 costing 125.50 (ideal

for local damage repair) to the FP600 that will cover up to 4.7m2. The FP600 costs £320 plus extra 160 for the gun and extra nozzles, but there's enough material to line out two large trailer roofs.

Tamworth-based [PS's own lining service costs 118/m2 but a DIY kit works out at less than a third of that cost.
