Since your publication of my letter in your issue dated October 4 regarding the troubles at British Leyland have been amazed at the number of letters and telephone calls I have received from all over the British Isles, letters both from vehicle distributors and transport operators expressing sympathy and full support for the sentiments expressed in my letter, and I would like to, if I may, use the media of your publication to express to all who have taken the trouble to contact me my sincere thanks and appreciation in offers of their support.
