• Steyr Trucks UK is bunching two new services through its truck dealers: repair and maintenance contracts, and new vehicle warranty extensions.
The first service offers a pence-per-mile cost for servicing, repair and maintenance cover over the life of any Steyr truck which is serviced by authorised Steyr dealers. Contract cover will include tyres, glass breakage, replacement vehicles, annual test and tachograph calibration, as well as roadside assistance and recovery 365 days a year. The monthly premium can also be inflation-proofed.
The extended vehicle warranty programme ranges from a nominal fee to extend the company's own second-year driveline warranty to cover for third, fourth and fifth-year driveline or whole vehicle costs.
