Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Michelin has introduced a new feature to simplify the regrooving of its truck tyres.

'Regrooving depth indicators' are built into the tyre at the base of the tread grooves. The indicators are hollow cylinders, the depth of which is the level to which the tyre can be regrooved.

The regrooving tool blade is simply set by measuring from the top of the tread to the bottom of the depth indicators. The first tyre to have this feature is the 295/80 R22.5 XZA Pilote Tubeless 152/147M.
