Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CONGRATULATIONS on your excellent new look CM. I like the new format and presentation and it definitely puts CM ahead of its monthly rivals.

The road tests and articles on fleet and vehicle operations, like the Derek Cooper article, are great. They remind me of the great days of CM from 19581961.

May I comment on the alarming number of reports appearing recently in CM about the large number of prosecutions, for one or two minor hours and records offences (20 minutes excess) against drivers of reputable haulage companies in the North Western Traffic area?

Is this one traffic area ruling with a rod of iron?
