Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NEWTONS COACHES of Dingwall is to move to the Longman Industrial Estate at Inverness within the next few months and plans expansion from that location.

It has received an offer for its 11,000sqft workshops complex at Dingwall, to be completed within three months.

The move from Dingwall will allow Newtons to develop its express services. This week it launches an Inverness-Fort William-Oban service; it also plans substantial Continental expansion.

It provided a massive service of coaches for the Highland Fabrication yard at Nigg and it was the rundown of that yard and the consequent cut-back on coach services which has encouraged this move.
