NATIONAL PRODUCTS, the expanding marketing and business development division of the National Bus Company, has appointed Roger Dixon to the new post of sales de velop n en t manager. Mr Dixon, who joined the bus and coach industry in 1960 as a management trainee with Potteries Motor Trac
tion, has been general manager of National Travel (London) since 1978.
• Michael Power, operations superintendent with West Yorkshire Road Car since 1981, has been appointed assistant traffic manager with Yorkshire 'Fraction Co.
succeeds Richard Christian, who has been appointed operations manager of Ribble Motor Services.
• Kenneth Byron has
been appointed to the new position of management accountant at Carlyle Works, Birmingham, of the National Bus Company. He is currently chief accountant with Alder Valley.
