Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Keywords : Throttle, Welding

Savings in fuel consumption and reduction in engine noise are claimed for a new throttle control for the JLO-engined Mighty Midget welder. The control reduces the engine speed to fastidling immediately welding ceases and when an arc is struck the throttle opens automatically and is controlled by the normal mechanical governor.

A switch in the circuit permits the engine to run normally when the auxiliary power supply only is being used.
