Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A flame-retardant acrylicadhesive binder for backcoating automotive upholstery is marketed by Rohm and Haas. Known as Emulsion E-801 N, the binder reduces fabric burn rata and in some cases renders fabrics self-extinguishing.

The emulsion has been proved, says the company, to have no adverse effect on the tear or tensile strength of any fabric and can be applied to knit fabrics with no loss of "hand" or softness.

Made by: Rohm and Haas (UK) Ltd, Lennig House, 2 Mason's Avenue, Croydon, CR9 3NB.
