Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The most hectic day of the week. Run through final draft of driver manual which is now ready to produce. Meeting with managing director of Darlington Commercials to discuss future improvements regarding service levels. Productive meeting but now need to see changes! Spend most of the afternoon organising work. Driver phones in to say his job has changed and therefore won't have enough hours to get back to base. He is told to keep the office informed of his progress. Confirm the servicing schedule for the weekend and plan this in conjunction with weekend work. At 17:00hrs the driver phones in to say he will make Ferrybridge Services. No drivers available as they're all fully booked on night shifts. Have no choice but to go and bring him in myself. Get back to Teesport at 22:30hrs.
