Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

This gleaming new Daf 95XF tractor is the latest addition to the 30-strong fleet of HE Payne Transport. It is the first Daf in the Bedfordshire based firm's all-Scandinavian fleet of 38-tonne artics and 24 and 17-tonne rigids. "We chose the Daf after giving a demonstrator a thorough try-out," says David Payne, managing director and son of Harry Edward who founded the company in 1938. The FT95XF.430 two-axle tractor will run with a triaxle Montracon trailer on which sits a Lamberet fridge bodywork. It has a 430hp Daf XF Euro-2 engine matched to ZF 16-speed synchromesh gearbox with range-change and splitter. I have to say it was the fetching roof-mounted spot-lamps that took the Hawk's fancy. Not to mention the beautifully restored 1947 Leyland Octopus parked up next to it. The Payne family are clearly bitten by the trucking bug: when not driving them for a living, David and his son Richard restore and show vintage and veteran trucks—they currently have seven. I know which wheel the Hawk would choose to sit behind, but leave you to work that out for yourselves.
