Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Drivers Action Movement supports any driver who wants to improve the road haulage industry. Unfortunately, as many others have experienced before, appealing to politicians for fairness usually falls on deaf ears.

However, there is one option which has shown results in the past. That is to stop work and block major roads, especially access and exit roads on the M25. It would not take more than one day to put pressure on this Government to listen to our pleas (think of the French).

We must ask ourselves if we are ready to face a fine or some other form of trumpedup prosecution charge, and to lose a whole day's earnings (a large amount for some).

The alternative is to carry on walking, talking and protesting, while the politicians tread us into the ground. Jack Crossfield, Secretary, DAM.
