re-appointed Mr. R. P. Miers (Miers Transport Ltd.) as chairman, with Mr. C. W. E. Windsor-Richards (Farnham, Surrey) as vicechairman.
The heavy haulage and machinery carriers' functional group has re-appointed Mr. J. N. Silberman (Hallet Silberman Ltd.) as chairman, with Mr. G. D. James (Wrekin Roadways Ltd.), Mr. L. Whittaker (Thamesbrooks Ltd.) and Mr. H. P. Wynn (Robert Wynn and Sons Ltd.) as vice-chairmen.
