the Licensing " Authority for the transfer of the licences, expected this weekend, Humber Warehousing Co. Ltd., of Grimsby, will complete the purchase of J. Shaeklock and Sons Ltd., of Caistor, for a consideration of about £18,000.
Humber Warehousing is part of Associated Fisheries Ltd. and runs about 125 vehicles, most of them specializing in the transport of frozen foods. Shackloek and Sons is an old-established family concern and has nine vehicles carrying agricultural and frozen foods and on general haulage.
