When Mr. Gaston Vincent, Publie Relations Officer of the B.R.F., spoke at Bournemouth Rotary Club, on Monday. last, on " Road Problems of To-day," he made particular reference to national defence and the use of commercial vehicles, pointing out that in the matter of road communications other nations threatened to outstrip us.
